Yehuda: Putting in a Window title, even though it doesn't show at all, does indeed make MenuItemExecute work. Thanks. Leonard: I've not done my own exposing of COM objects before, and I was under the gun when I wrote the code, so I used MenuItemExecute. It seems to have worked OK so far, though I'll keep your suggestion in mind for the future. The reason I got the PDDoc first was that the code I showed before was just an excerpt.
