If I understand you correctly it is a very simple matter. Execute the Distiller 6.0 program, in the "settings dialog" you should see the list of your ".ps" file names (also available when creating a PDF from Acrobat). In previous versions there was a folder within the Distiller folder called Startup. With this new version the directory doesn't exist. We had some custom .ps files which we got from our vendors and were located in that folder under the previous versions but I am not sure how to get ver. 6.0 to use these. Does anyone know of a way to activate the startup folder with version 6.0 and use these files?
