Since my project is open source and I only have so much time I decided to integrate my code with a third-party command line solution .... PSP from PDFlib. It's way easier and quicker than anything that could implemented in Progress (like I, said it's a 4GL and binary manipulation is not very easy).
That's nice to hear, but remember that PDFlib PSP requires a commercial license although we provide fully functional (except for the password length) evaluation versions for free.
