The %%BoundingBox line is not a statement, it is a comment. PostScript RIPs and other processors that interpret the code are generally supposed to ignore comments. If you have code to set the /CropBox, perhaps you can also set the /TrimBox and /BleedBox the same way? They are pretty similar.
