Similarly, I can build Prima-1.46 on *my* build of perl-5.24.0 by running 'perl Makefile.PL MAKE=dmake', followed by 'dmake'. (Didn't think of trying that earlier, either.) Trying to build the git version of Prima (which is fine on Strawberry) throws up another problem for me (when I build with 'MAKE=dmake'). When it comes to building blib\arch\auto\Prima\Prima.dll, I get undefined references to 'GOMP_parallel' and to various other symbols whose prefix is 'omp_'.
