Hey Karl,

As a quick point of clarification, even-numbered versions of Perl are
stable releases, odd-numbered are development. You'd have a hard time
getting v5.21, and an easier time getting 5.20. I'd go with either 5.20 or
5.22.

Anybody tracking recent porters chat to know if there's a significant
difference in stability and/or features?
