Yes -- they all work just fine.
Manual focus is often more difficult, though, as AF lenses
generally have a small ring to grasp for focusing.
It's about $100US for the Pentax-A 50/1.4 -- a really nice lens.

These lenses will also work with no problem or damage suceptibility.
The AF coupling is recessed into the lens so nothing can hit it.
