That it is!! It is circa 1963, rather early on - way before
the SMCTaks. It has a slide-out hood ; fairly short, maybe an
inch & a half. It would take an 82mm threaded one and I'd get
one if one appeared magicly for cheap. An old trick I use,
which I came up with for an old Tamron w/ 72mm threads, is to
roll a piece of dull black construction paper into a tube and
rubber band it to the lens ;^)
I remember one shot I have put into the PUG which I used this
lens on. It's a sailboat (unfortunately w/ sails furled) passing
under our bridge here & into the harbor.
