I went with the Peak Model 1 ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$). It is only 10x,
but has a real lens and a front silvered mirror. I would highly
recomend it. I had one of the really high powered ones, but
found that at the working aperture, I had trouble seeing
anything with it. For most accurate focussing, you should be
final focusing at the working aperture. Apparently, focus shift
as you stop down is a concern (the gospel according to Ctein)
