If it will help you, I use Netscape Communicator, and have used Claris
eMailer, and it is my experience that the list has always resent the
mail with random delays. This causes messages from this morning to
arrive late tonight. And I can rarely find the original to a recent
thread, only responses. Sometimes I get a response to a query of mine
own before I see evidence of having posted it.
But it does not dampen my ardor! (which has cleared more than one
elevator!)
