It does some strange things to photographs. An example can be garnered from
one of my submissions to the PUG, a photograph of the city of Perth, taken
at sunrise from Kings Park. The distortion to the buildings is pretty
terrible. I don't get anywhere near the same from my 28-80 zoom at the 28mm
end, which leads me to suspect my F series 28mm lens is just a bad sample.
I'm interested in the new EX Sigma 20 and 24mm lenses. I have no hope of
affording either of the Pentax offerings, so I'm curious about the two
Sigma lenses. If I could get my hands on one of the FA 35/2's I'd probably
think long and hard about one of them too.
