Which three lenses would I take?
It would depend on where I'm going. For a walk on a city street, the M
35/2.0, M 50/1.7 and K 135/2.5 -- at the most. But I frequently go with
just the 35/2.0 or the 50/1.7. Hunting wildlife: the K 400/5.6, the
A2X-S converter, and the M 200/4. I sometimes also drag along a
Spotmatic with the SMC Tak 300/4. Other venues would require different
choices. Right now I'm trying to decide what to take to the Daytona 500,
where I'll be spectating and enjoying the hospitality of my Dodge
clients rather than shooting, so I don't want to carry big glass. I'm
leaning toward the K 35-210/4.5 zoom, the M35/2.0, the K 135/2.5, and
that A2X-S converter. I figure if I get a good spectator spot, I can
still have some fun shooting race cars with the zoom and the converter.
