wholeheartedly agree. Provia F scans great.
Some more Provia 400F pushing comments: I need to go out and shoot some
more with it, since I haven't had any good opportunities since
pre-Christmas, but my initial impression is that Provia 400F is stellar
at 800, acceptable at 1600 (but not as nice as Provia 1600, BUT be
warned that this is subjective and based on my memory of results with
P1600, not a head-to-head test, which hopefully I'll be able to get to
soon), and just dead awful useless at 3200. My results at 800 are
really really pleasing, though.
