I like mine.  Fortunately, I got it before the prices went crazy on it.  I
like to use it on my LX as well and also my SF1n.  I know I wouldn't pay the
prices asked for the lens today.
Found a Vivitar 40mm that is the same size as the Pentax 40.  Paid $35.00
for it.  It's not as silky smooth as the Pentax but still small.
