For the 5-element "Model I" -
The numbers on the DOF scale read as "22168 81622" (with all the numbers 
"squished together", except in the middle, and with no label for f/4).  When 
set at infinity, the feet scale reads as "10050" ("squished together"), while 
the meters scale shows "30 15".

For the 6-element "Model II" -
The numbers on the DOF scale read "22 16 8 4 8 16 22" (with spaces between 
the numbers, and with a label for f/4).  When set at infinity, the feet scale 
shows "100 40", while the meters scale shows "35 15".
