Took a look at the site. Sure enough, it's the same stuff as Lycos!

At least presentation of the indexed content is one step better than how
Lycos is doing it. Doing a search for my name popped up the same pictures,
but this time they were presented with:

    file title
    creation date
    links to the actual HTML page as well as just the image

While they are still doing the naughty by storing the image, at least they
do slap on the line of 'This image is copyrighted to its rightful
owner(s)'...
