That's what I am doing with the complaint files as I receive
them. For an example, someone browsing the Lycos site, clicking
on my Sept 1999 submission which was lifted by Lycos will see
the following file:
http://pug.komkon.org/sep99/Moon_Balloon.jpg
A person browsing the gallery legitimately will see the image as
it was supposed to be viewed, in the gallery environment.
