Another option (if you are handy and the camera is not too
valuable) is to use a dremel tool to grind out the base of the
camera enough to clear the larger flange of 120 film spools. 
Photography on Bald Mountain use to do this with Kodak Metalist
cameras only they disassembled the camera and used a milling
machine (so I understand).
