Pentax IQZoom 160 Advice

I am going to a concert next week and want to get advice on picture
taking with this camera....what type/speed film....what settings on my
camera?  Any advice would be appreciated.....fast moving subjects, low
colored lighting......I am five rows from stage.  Thanks ...
