        yes, there is potential there. but - for the cost of satisfactory
        film scanner (would need to do my 6x9cm, too) and printer I would
        be (hopefully/maybe) able to procure the 8x10 view camera. I already
        have trays, chemistry and an enlarger for a consistent light source.

        (oh, as an aside - some may be pleased to know that I found a
        GrayLab Model 300 Timer at the SallyAnn for $4.99, so the Timex
        Indiglo is in semi-retirement as a print-timing device   8^D   )
