Cosina has a plant in Japan (and not elsewhere?) and they are well equipped to handle 
a thing like this - but I still find it hard to believe. I have two Cosina made 
Voigtländer lenses for my Leica M6 and they are really good so there should be no 
complaints about quality either with the Limiteds.
