I have found some lenses sucked more dust than others. For instance, the
elements near the aperture blades of the A50/1.4 can become dirty in no time
(while the A50/1.7 does not). My new love FA77/1.8 which sucked lots of
dust. I used it once only (outdoor) and the glasses inside became quite
dusty (relatively). However, the A35/2.8, the FA43/1.9 and the FA*24/2 are
still pretty clean (inside) after many uses. A70-210/4 is another dust
sucker (pretty bad indeed). So I guess it depends on the lens itself, rather
than the whole series.

Alan Chan

>I was just wondering. About 15 years ago, if I remember

>Does anyone know about this?
