If the 928 is anything like the 90WR, I would suspect that the reset and
the rewind buttons are under the remote control jiggy. Assuming you have
one, and it slides down onto the end of the camera. On the 90WR, if you
release the RI Remote, and raise it a bit, it reveals yet another panel
with some of these buttons. The neck strap adjustors have a pointy thing
on one end that can be used to press the deeply recessed buttons.
