Hey, I thought this was just a private survey, much like the camera bodies
survey! (Which by the way I haven't seem much of lately?) I suggest we just
show city and country with only a count of members next to it, as in the
camera bodies survey. If someone does see others from their city whom they
would like to contact, they can ask through this list....  I too dislike
listings of email addresses, and/or mailing addresses, with names. Too many
damn spammers and junk mailers and other virus type nuts lurking out there;
they would have a field day with a not-too-private list...
