Wow, what an experience you had!! In Japan, however,
Pentax is not so strong in the market (I think it's the 4th
of the big 4 in the SLR market), and I see very few Pentaxes
around.
In many cases, people carry a big SLR with a big lens.
Some say it's a Canon. Well, it does looks like a canon<g>.

I believe Japan was the biggest market for Rover Minis in
their last days up to 2000. Minis sold more in Japan than
in any other parts of the globe. In 1990, when I bought
one new, I think they sold some 1,600 in a month!!
Roof painted of the Union Jack is very popular in Japan,
too. However, I want my Mini white roofed with a red
circle amidst; it's the Sun Shine Flag<g>!!
