I'd like to know the "exposure constant" or "reflectivity constant" that Pentax uses for it's meters. I do know that manufacturers use different ones, numbers for Gossen, Minolta etc can be found on the internet. To ask the question precisely, I'm referring to "K" in the following formula : EV = log2( aperture^2 / exosureTime ) = log2( targetLuminance * filmSpeed / K ) based on documents that I found on the internet K should fall somewhere between 10.6 - 13.4 cd*s/m^2. ( however Minolta uses 14.3 ! ) thank you Kornel - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
