Hello all,
I have recieved a winfall, and would like to immediately blow
it on putting together a lighting setup (or rather, starting to
put together a lighting setup). So I of course turned to the greatest
wealth of photo knowledge around (yes, I mean this list). I am
ready to spend about $650 or so (but could possibly be persuaded
to go a little higher) ;) I shoot a 67II, and am thinking studio
here. I've been dabbling a lot with my AF500FTZ and reflectors, and
want to go a little further now. I've been leaning toward monolights,
but am open to suggestions. The general plan is to get one light with
stand and accessories, and build from there, using my AF500FTZ as fill.
I've also looked at the Lumedyne stuff, which seems nice for
portability, but even a basic system is pretty steep. So I'm hoping
that some of you with experience in this area can help me out. Any
suggestions will of course be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
Richard Holman
