Has it occured to anyone that Pentax probably could install any film transport they
desire in the MZ-S?
The MZ-S and its digital sibling is probably built on the same production line. They
are probably highly modular; the digital part and the MZ-S film transport are probably
easy to remove or upgrade.
Basically, if you take the digital version and remove the digital part and replace
them with a high speed fim transport, your left with an F5 competitor. It guess this
can easily be done. Although Pentax claim that the MZ-S is not the start of a new
series, theres still room for variations on the MZ-S theme.
