Modern TC's have improved, but the quality of the M zooms has
not. :) You should get some pretty good results with your 50/1.7, but
don't necessarily expect great things with the 80-200 zoom. Of course,
this depends on how picky you are. I like Tamron's 7-element TC's myself,
asI've seen some very nice shots come back from them, and they're not that
expensive. Pentax makes one, of course, but it's quite expensive, even in
used condition.
