 Well, they do schedule inspections every three months.  I got a little worried 
once when I had put two wood screws into the wall studs to hang a (heavy!) 
framed 30x40" print.  Thankfully they didn't look behind the picture, so with a 
little plaster and paint when I move out they'll never know :)

 The place is managed by a real estate company and they trust *no-one*.  
The suburb I live in is full of students which probably explains that attitude.

 I'm sure I can do B&W developing without major renovations and I'd like to 
look into it further at some point (damn it, I almost have the credit card paid 
off and I loaded more onto it for the "new" K2).
