Sorry, but the MZ-3 is all plastic. However, the MZ-S is the best AF camera ever conceived for those who want old world built quality, interface and simplicity but with modern features like AF, multipattern- and spot metering, dataimprinting etc. It truly is a wonderful solid and lighweight camera with far the best AF performance in any Pentax slr. In spite of what some people think, the truth is that the MZ-S is the most feature laden Pentax ever and it manages this without complicating the interface. P�l
