True. Plus different peoples' minds and imaginations work differently. Someone can see a shot of a seed head or a teapot or the light falling on the fuzz of a child's face and see everything they need to know about a lens. Others need to know about fall off and geometry or the sharpness from corner to corner. There's quite a few reasons to look for a specific lens and certainly room for all of them.
