Though not the same concept, an outfit called Photographer's Edge (www.photographersedge.com) sells calendar "blanks" already bound, onto which you attach 4" X 6" horizontal prints. Prices range from $5.99 to $4.99 each depending on volume. Add in the cost of the prints (13 images required) and you can do a calendar for around $10 each. I've been doing this for several years and am happy with the results.
