Thank you for your kind words. His name is Ed Taylor. He has been out of
work for about 3 years and homeless for about 18 months this time. He was
living with a friend but when the girlfriend moved in he had to move out. He
is divorced and his ex-wife and one child live somewhere in Minnesota. He
can't get in touch with them but he wants to see his daughter very much. He
was working as a roofer last. He is an alcoholic but has been dry now for 73
days and counting. He sometimes gets a days work here and there when a
friend gets him on as a day laborer in construction but the people he was
working with aren't very busy right now and don't need any help. He is
getting by with a little help from friends and sometimes the mission. I am
going to try and find him again this weekend.
