C'mon, fellas, let's not get carried away.
I'm quite aware lenses can be bought for $!3 and change, on eBay.
Happens all the time. Well, some of the time, anyhow.

What I was saying was - is - that lens is _worth_ far more than that,
perhaps as much as 3 times as much.
There is no store in the world, retail, where you are going to buy
even junk lenses, new, for anywhere near that dollar figure, let alone
a Pentax-quality lens!
Don't compare it to anything else except lens performance. It's a fine
little lens, and performs very well indeed. All for $13? My contention
is that that extremely low price is a fluke. It's intrinsically worth
far more.
Geez, let's not take this thing so personally!

If I had nowhere else to shoop for them, that would still be a
bargain, considering what I get for my money...
