I don't brew my own (yet) but I do have a story. At a New Year's Day party, my host offered my a Michelob Ultra, the low carb beer. (I am watching my calories, BTW, so this wasn't idle cruelty). Having said this, I defy anyone to find anything with the word "beer" on the label that tastes more like soda water. It wasn't unpleasant; almost anything cold, wet and fizzy is refreshing. It's just not "beer". Truly, folks, I suppose there is some alcohol, but if you want the great beer non-experience, this is the one for you.
