I disagree. You can achieve very good image quality with any of the late model Pentax converters, such as the L2X-S, the A2X-S or the 1.4 X equivelants, and good Pentax glass. I know I've done it. If you wish, I'll show you some sharp and contrasty examples. Paul Stenquist
