Mark, I would make sure ebay knows he is selling your material, violating your rights.
The other thing I have seen done is making another eBay listing. Use an identical title, identical wording, and a $0.01 price. Then ask the bidders not to bid, but to just go to your site, and download for free. Regards, Bob S.
