Unfortunately, the feedback line is pretty short. Only 35 letters or so. But maybe enough to say "The same thing free" and the url. The kicker is how long your url is. But I'd try complaining to ebay directly, first. And/or email the other people he is ripping off. Several people threatening to sue him or take some kind of action against him should get his attention.
