Well Kodak recommends a 30 sec. time increase for each stop up to 3200
for Supra 800 and up to 800 for Supra 400 the only films I could find
proper data for on the Kodak site. I don't know where I could find
equivalent data for Fuji films.

I think yar trollin a little here, WR, but I'll bite...
The one and only roll I bothered to push was Fuji Superia 800 "pushed
one stop." It was a local walk-in custom lab with a decent pro
clientel. They had a dip-and-dunk processor. The owner/operator got
really nervous when I asked for a push, made me sign a waiver
validating that I meant a Push and not a Pull and stating they could
not guarantee any results, and of course didn't offer any processing
details.
The results? Well, since I intentionally shot it one stop
underexposed, I got back some very expensive negs and prints that
were....
...drum roll...
...one stop underexposed.
