Tonight's musical accompaniment to processing a roll of TX was a CD of great Doo Wop hits from the fifties and sixties. The Platters, The Drifters, Dion & The Belmonts, The Drifters, and other groups provided the rhythm to process a series of photos of a big rig truck driver, chain-smoking Hank Sherman, and his traveling companion, a little dog named Twister. I was taking some photos of a huge model of a gun that's used as a weathervane at a nearby gun shop when a White Freightliner pulled into the parking lot next to the shop, where my car was parked. Out stepped Hank and Twister, and after grabbing a few shots to set the scene, I approached Hank and asked to photograph him and his dog. He was quite obliging, and I was pleased that he allowed me to photograph them. I hope I got something good. -- Shel Belinkoff mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs. - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
