I've had a lot of luck with just pinching the little flexible lever between my thumbnail (pressing on the lever) and my index finger (on the inside surface of the adapter). I just pinch the adapter (with the thumbnail poking into the slot) and then give it the necessary counter-clockwise turn without changing the position of my thumb and index finger on the adapter, finally lifting the adapter out (still being pinched the same way) once the adapter is free from the body. It's almost harder to describe than it is to do. Works for me... <g> Fred
