I wouldn't pay for ANY lens with ANY fungus. Several months back, I destroyed a 
50mm/1.2
with fungus and left it in a dumpster. (It came on a camera I bought.) Thinking back, I
should have had it cleaned and given it away. Functionally, the lens may be just fine
after cleaning, though it may well be subject to some flair because the fungus etches 
the
coatings. I maintain that the entire lens has to be cleaned, not just the glass and 
that
something like a good soaking of all parts in strong bleach may be in order to kill any
spores found in the body. I am told that some professionals use Pond's cold cream to 
clean
the lenses of the fungus. Assuming it can be cleaned, it would still be a really great
performer. Worth $120? That would be up to you. It'll cost at least an additional 
US$50 or
more to clean it.
