I thought Dell sounded like a great company until my wife tried to buy a
$500 gift certificate from them for a friend. Nope. Their treatment of her
was so indifferent -- as in, can't be bothered -- that I can't be bothered
to deal anymore with Dell.

certainly entertaining reading.
