I disagree. If it is designed to be used heavily then that includes performing 
reliably under that kind of use.

I think this is another matter entirely. 
Something may be expensive because it is a "luxury" product, or it may be 
expensive because it is designed for heavy use, but that doesn't mean a luxury 
product is designed for heavy use; in fact, many aren't.

Understood. Although they are supposed to know what they intend their products 
to do. In any case, my question was why did you disagree with them? Not in the 
sense of "how dare you disagree with them?" by any means, but "what were your 
reasons?"
