OK, Well Jos ruled out the first week of June anyway. So I guess if we want to avoid crowds we are looking at 27-29 June. Otherwise I would suggest late August when the crowds have died down a bit (Perhaps 15-17th or even 29-31)? I am happy with most other dates too, I merely limit the suggestions to make the feedback more focussed. Until we stick a date on it, we cannot work out who is coming. I guess this is why Duxford was easier because there was a fixed date (not to say that it was easy, Cotty your work was much appreciated)!
I must admit I do like the sound of the train at Settle, but even more the seals at 'Skeggy'. Not bothered which, but if we were to look for seals, is there a 'season' to see them? Do you need to avoid when they have their pups or is that the best time? I am sure I have some magazine stuff somewhere so will have a look. I bet your hourney WAS fun, we in the UK don't cope as well as many other countries eh?
