No, you need dedicated hardware: gyro movement sensors and specially
designed lens group which moves to counteract movement detected.

It was first used in video camcorders (those with "optical image
stabilization") with great results.  You may be thinking of "electronic
image stabilization" used in video camcorders - but this inferior system
cannot be used in film based camera.
