No idea as to the validity, but the following has been lifted from dpreview:
"I have heard a rumor that Pentax is coming out with a 4 megapixel camera called the Pentax Optio Si. I cannot comfirm this and was wondering if anyone else has heard about this. I was going to purchase the Optio S, but when someone told me that a 4 mp version �f the same camera, with all the same features was coming out. I thought I would wait and see. Anyone heard anything?"
