I figure the seller is taking a big enough "beating" with the eBay fees to have to pay an addtional 3% for the buyers benefit....It's true that they don't allow it, but, realistically, all the seller has to say is that it's not a PayPal fee but a handling fee... and it's now raised to 5%. :)
