ebay told me personally that you are not allowed
to charge ANY fees over the final bid price except
"reasonable" shipping an handling fees. Why? Because
ebay doesnt get their commission on any fees over
the final bid. Say you had a $1000 item, if you
charged $900 shipping and handling, the bidding would only
get to $100, ebay would get screwed.
